yea man, shit feels good. good for mental health and crap. humans are meant to be like chasing mammoths all day, gotta tap into that primal instinct imo. havent ran in awhile myself cause i fucked up my knee real bad running too much earlier this year. i'll be getting back to it after Christmas

Love running/jogging - been at it 5+ years now. Definitely beneficial to me. Depending on weather I'll do 4-6 miles 3-4x a week (not counting my gym/runs).

I used to run a lot before covid but now I'm more exercising in the treadmill so I don't have to leave home, although I kinda miss the morning air.
