Ain't bad. I dig it. Look up late 80's early 90's industrial albums and artwork for inspiration like this. (Nitzer Ebb, Skinny Puppy, Ministry, Frontline 424, etc.)

Pretty nice design, the text could be a little more enlarged for those with short or small vision, however. Overall, it's cool enough.

Great design, I like the overall aesthetic. The halftone pattern size makes it hard to make out some aspects and makes the person have to really focus to know what they are seeing, which is not good for fashion. Maybe reducing the size of the halftone pattern will make it easier and look better. The typography and elements around the main image looks great and is layed out well, especially for a t-shirt. I'd wear this.
