Honestly, I love sleeping while listening to music. I know, it's probably bad bc of the earbuds but oh well.

RE: Do you listen to anything before/while sleeping? Same here OP. Most music I'm listening (when I'm going to sleep) is alternative or instrumentals. Pretty boring but it helps me to be at ease and sleepy.
