Do you listen to anything before/while sleeping?

EDM, Rock almost anything depends on what I am doing.

My kind of music is kinda weird for sleeping i guess

Sometimes i listen to Tiesto when i cant sleep, maybe not the first music you think of when you cant sleep =)

Sometimes I turn some pop or rock music, it helps me fall asleep, but only when I feel good.

I'm not listening to music i do watch series or movies when intend to sleep, the sound from the series or movies just clams me down, i got no idea why tho.

Yeah I listen to "Sleep Music" because I have a hard time going to sleep.

I love listening to ASMR before bed. It's so relaxing to fall asleep after listening. One of my favorite channels has these turkish barbers doing haircuts and stuff. They actually get massages at the barber shop there. I wish they did that here.

Sometimes listen to Pink Floyd before I snooze, it doesn't help, but it's nice.

Not really I find it as a distraction and makes me not fall asleep.
