Do you love yourself?

i know it's bad and like that thinking only a lozers, but i hate my self so much. I just want to kms. But if look from the other side it's not bad, every day i'm studing and trying to be a good person, also i helping other people this them problems . I just understanding what if im will suicide, ill be a more lozer. Sometimes i feel very bad to my self, and in it hard time i'm just trying to focus on work

Actually, if I don't love myself, how can I expect others to do so? You don't hate yourself, you just hate habits or your current situation, good news everything can be changed once you put in the work to change it. Don't overcomplicate things.

I probably don't respect myself enough, or love. I'm working to better that part of me though. Slowly, but surely.
