Do you prefer coffee or tea?

I love coffee and coffee is incredibly high in antioxidants. Several studies have shown that people get more antioxidants from coffee than any other food group.

no question, tea. Tea has so many benefits that outweigh coffee anyway. Preferably a mint or berry tea.

It depends on what day I am in. If I want to relax and rest, tea, if I have a job and if I have to work, coffee.

I take a Coke instead. Don't like tee or coffee

Coffee for staying up late at night but definitely tea during evening snacks

Coffee of course. Definitely my go-to drink if I'm thirsty or something.
