No, I've never tried smoking. I don't need it, but I don't blame anyone for it.

No, I do not smoke but I have talked about a prescribed version of a type of drug that made me go insane, after that I stopped taking the medication because I got lots of panic attacks, I still suffer from anxiety and panic attacks this day.

I smoke Newport Reds (preferably 100s), at roughly a pack a day. I have triggers that make me want to smoke, when Im stressed, drinking and driving definitely. Normally though if Im not at work or upset I dont seem to get irritated without them. Ive tried to quit a few times and after a few days without them the only time I really crave a cig is when I get stressed or upset.
