Do you think Half-Life 3 will be released?

Cannot wait to play Half Life Alyx just wish these games had coop support

It'll be released eventually but the question is under what guise? I don't think the Valve we knew and loved will release the Half Life 3 game we all waited for and wanted. Eventually, Valve as a corporation will have to release a Half Life 3 because its value will be too much to ignore and the original founders will want to cash out and retire: i.e. Star Wars getting corporatized by the Disney machine.

Ofcourse not. But thats ok, we have HLA VR instead. Its gonna be good.

No, we will have Half-Life: Alyx. Its a VR game (If you did not know). It should come out in March this year.

Isn't there a private company trying to make a Half-Life 3 , or rather, HL2 episode 3?

I don't think it will get realeased since Half Life Alyx is probably replacing it

I so Hype for ALYX, next step are PORTAL VR.

Now Valve porting all your brand in the VR worlds

I think Valve probably wants to wait and see how Alyx fares, then it may legitimately be possible.
