Didn't realise it was such a thing - but Teamspeak used to be a bit painful to set up. Discord easy. Discord really isn't doing enough wrong to have people leave - I'm certainly not looking for an alternative and I'm on it for a few hours per day.

The designs of teamspeak3 and discord are completely different.

Probably? Maybe? We won't be sure for 100% until it's free to use for everyone. I personally have access to it and I'm really positiv for TS5. But to replace Discord? I don't think so.

I didn't even know there was a teamspeak 5. In my opinion, Discord already replaced it since it was launched

I don't think anything will be replacing discord for a while, it''s appealing to look at and is very acessible. Teamspeak atm looks so outdated and ugly.

They've been teasing their new platform, and it looks a lot like discord. Not sure if it will be better. Will depend on how they implement it, but might be tough to get people to move at this point.

TS was awesome back then, but now Discord takes the cake. Plus, again it's free.
