Yeah depending on which one you got and how many cores it has I only have 2 cores so it isnt the best but still gets the job done

I have i7 9700K and I love it, I have always loved the i7 processor and I have been rendering videos, and using difficult programs that need lot of CPU and i7 has always worked out for me.

I prefer the Ryzen CPUs. They're cheaper and all of them can be overclocked well above their base clock.

I have a intel core i5 and all game work perfectly so i think is a good processor

Yes core i-7 are very good at all points , games , editing , multi tasks ....

Matter of personal preference for most people. Ryzen is cheaper, but yeah Intel makes pretty decent cpus as well, and the i7 is no slouch.

Generally speaking, Intels 7th Generation are faster than AMDs Ryzen processors but there are exceptions. In general usage Intel wins but when an application or game that takes full advantage of all the available cores is used, Ryzen can be much faster.
