its still not dying but everyone has stopped playing mm and went to faceit or esea

This rendition of CSGO, yes. It has lost a substantial portion of it's community, lead mostly by the exit of several popular pros and streamers. The next version, who knows. CS has been going hard for 20 years. It probably has 20+ more in front of it.

yes it might be losing casual players but the competitive scene is doing fine and seems to be growing counter strike is a game which can be easily watched as an esport by people who dont even play the game.

I don't think that CS:Go is dying because in every update they put some skins so most of the players waste money to purchase that new skins. If they don't put new skins in CS:GO that game will die of course.

the game is slowly dying but still have a lot of life in it to last a bit. im surprised css is still kicking though but css is close to death. CSGO updates on the other hand will kill the game plus notice the playerbase moving to pubg or fortnite. CSGO will have some playerbase but will end up like CSS in a few and will only have just the same people in mostly every game or community server you play. but im just waiting till people stop buying skins and cases and watch valve dedicated servers to the game go bye bye and just have community servers to play. but that might not happen for a long time.

yes the viewers and players are going down at a exponential rate i give it like a whole year and it will be gone

Not anymore. They did change some things at the game. Thats already enough sadly.

Maybe it is dying out but if there are at least enough players to play it without getting 2 - 3 hackers in each game (which can happen now too I know) it is still playable.

For me it's dying. But maybe it will not die out but as said it died for me.
