Do you think that anime has been having a lot of clichs lately?

I think it's getting more and more sickening to watch casual animes like school romance or something, I sincerely get a little discouraged to see this decadence of creativity in the last years in the anime industry.

Yes. Though it's the same for movies and books. If you keep looking for clichs, you will find them.
