It should be able to run GTA V at 60 fps easily because that game is much older than the PS5.

Easily. Last gen hardware was pretty bad. New gen is more comparable to a decent computer now

GTA 5 can be ran on a potato of course it will be able to do 60, unless they some how manage to mess it up.

I'm just hoping that with better run times comes way shorter launch menu duration.
