Right now? Impossible... but now that I think about it, you'd have the means to do it.
While leaders arecurrently more focused on the pandemic and securing safety for their countries, this does give any one of the leaders to be ahead of the curb in terms of attacking other countries (But I don't think that's gonna happen lol).

it's inevitable but I feel like with the current situation of the world there are bigger concerns, WW3 isn't happening anytime soon
