Do you think you have a balanced diet?

I was pretty convinced I was hitting most of the food groups until

I started researching some of my issues. I have white spotting on my nails and arm pimples and when

I read they foods to help these problems, I realised I didn't eat a SINGLE ONE!

I told my sister and she said "well obviously, all you eat is carbs and vegetables"

I HATE fish but I may have to find a fish I like basically I would like to know what a balanced diet looks like!!

Would anyone on here like to share?

Def. not haha. After i lost my work i went to basiclly only canned food, like heinz whte beans in tomato sauce and so on. Thats what i can afford right now and about 1 liter of milk every 2 days. Def. not balanced but HEY its corona era, and you have to make due with what ya got.

Those beans gets me bloated tho haha. And its LOADS of suger in them. Ravioli is a favourite canned food too.

No I do not have a balanced diet lmao I suggest eating some fruit like grapes and maybe some apples drink some milk and lots of water some protein like penutbutter some vegetables like carrots and peas these are my suggestions on what would be good but that's a lot of eating for one day

I don't think much of my diet because my metabolism is very fast so despite what I want my weight stays the same. But for the health reasons, I try to bring in all kinds of foods and vegetables into my diet.

my weight can increase like 5KGs in a week

but I need like a month of hard effort to lose them
