Does MHA season 5 feel off or is it just me?

Let me preface this by saying I am NOT hating on MHA. I love the show, the plotlines, and the side characters. I loved season 4 and was super hyped for season 5. That being said...

Season 5 just feels bad to watch.

I dont know what it is, but everything just feels like its being dragged out. It doesnt feel like anything meaningful is happening. I mean 9 of the first 11 episodes were the Class A v Class B battle.

Most of the season has felt like filler and combine that with multiple episodes being delayed, it just feels like this season is just disjointed.
