Good question, I prefer to say I blink instead of wink, I take that comment personally. I have an eye condition, so therefore saying I wink is very offensive.

he blinks do to the issue of only one eye if he wer to blink he would basicly only close eather the left or right half of his eye therefor impossible to be done so he cant wink but only blink

I feel like he can personally blink than to wink. He can't really wink because you need to two or more eyes to do that.
