Does anyone know how to retrive my Spotify account?

I've had spotify account, and forgot a password.

But also I forgot which mail I used to register it.

I keep entering my username but it doesnt come to any e-mail I know of/ use now.

Anyone got any clue how I could retrieve it?

I had no problem for a very long time, but then I updated spotify and asks me to login, and now I'm locked out basically.
