At least, if you start mining at current machine, with few grahical adapters and at least 4-8 RAM, its a cheap variant to start mining i think. You will be able to get profit in few month

Depends mostly on the currency and electricity cost, but probably no.

Not really, your PC specs seems to be a bit old and slow.

That's not a powerful enough PC to mine bitcoin, and you're probably better off buying a dedicated miner.

It doesn't look like it, USB ASIC miners are a really good option for mining.
