Does the gmodstore actually ban people?

Does the gmodstore ban people who leak scripts, or people who use them, or both?
I'm geniunely concerned if my DarkRP server will get sued, or if my steam account will be banned from the gmodstore. I guess technically there's no proof, but doesn't mean a person could be banned or attacked out of spite from someone who's pissed about their script being leaked.

I never understood why people charge $15-20 for a lua plugin addon for a game that is 15+ years old.

They Ban only Peoples which are leaking Addons,
A suspicion is enough toProof.
Gmodstore Admins are mostly disrespectful And meanful.
They don't have respect to their customers.

Yes, a guy I worked with was banned and had to use an alt account.

To be honest youll be fine becuase most of them cant tell unless someone reports you or if you dont have a good lie like that actually those are addons that my dev wanted me to use becuase then hes not giving them to you hes putting them in

They must have stopped with all the panels that allow to recover even the server part in a filesteal, they can not ban an innocent

If you leak their addons then yeah, but some people have been banned for even downloading leaks

That would suck if you got banned.
You just need to make sure that you don't link any of your information.
I use a different alias and different VPNs when using said different alias's.

Yeah they banning only people who are leaking it. However how someone said the admins there are massively disrespectful

Is it safe to use on a server? And wouldn't people be able to tell if I'm using a legitimate copy of the addon in question?
