ESEA or Faceit? Where should i play to increase my skil

FaceIT premium is better than ESEA. You won't increase your skill just by virtue of playing on any one of those platforms. If you're playing against better players you will be forced to adapt but the goal for you is to continuously try new things and play for yourself. Your teammates irrelevant in pugs/mm type environments. I recommend watching demos of pro players (not live streams), and analyze why they do what they do and don't move on until you can inductively reason everything.

Yes Faceit has very very very toxic community, but he is almoust free. I prefear more Faceit

Faceit is less toxic and free and ESEA is more competitive but insanely toxic.

Faceit is alright. In my own experience if you're looking for hardcore competitive play, definetely ESEA. Faceit aspires to be competitive but their playerbase has never fulfilled.

Skill = ESEA , practice = FACEIT , on esea you will grown your skill faster , but its a boring system for my taste,

Btw just pick your regional league on FACEIT and play. I think thats much better than TOXIC ESEA

Faceit premium is where it is at no doubt, my personal opinion

ESEA for sure! FaceIT doesn't feel as competitive nor as official as something like ESEA (even though they charge so damn much)

ESEA is better IMO, there are a lot of cheaters on FaceIT
