-edit after download and test : It's broken (it has the real files but won't work), also I don't recommend it since it's actually old and made for sup. It's so hard to understand the config.

It's not broken at all you just need to understand how to use MYSQL and you'll find very easily how to get this working.

I'm gonna see if it works as I need a new admin mod. Though you were talking about mysql previously. Do I need to link it to a database?

Can you help me set up the DATABASE? I'd really appreciate it.

The original addon that people is selling has mysql config files for noobs like me and and more files...
