Hi guys!
I have been using photoshop, and I work in "flat" design, I know that "Cinema 4D" is an ideal software to create 3d drawings,
but is there something simpler, to create a collection of drawings like this below?
maybe with presets included, or downloadable expansions (im on mac)
thanks

I'd recommend blender because it's free and so are a lot of the resources available for it. A scene like this would be pretty easy to build with some free models off of sketchfab once you get the basics of the software down. If you're interested in learning blender, check out Ducky3D on YouTube. His tutorials will show you how to use it while you make some cool projects which have elements that can be recycled into things like that flamingo image.

agreed with the comment above. cinema 4d seems great if you already are using it, but blender is free and a bit more expansive in terms of what you would want to do.

Blender is the way you want to go. I was like you doing cover arts on Photoshop and stuff. One day i tried to learn Blender -hopefully i have graphically discord on my side- learnt a lot. Leveled up my design game a lot.

I've found Blender and 3DS Max to be more approachable than Cinema4D, I never got to grips with it

Blender is definitely the way to go for a beginner as CINEMA4D can be quite daunting to get started with as there are lots and lots of things in there. Id recommend following a couple youtube tutorials on making simple things and then you should learn some basics from that, then try making something from your own head too as you will learn a lot better from that. There are plenty of presets/models you can download online to use also

I feel like there's no easy way really. You just have to put in the time and learn it.

I'm in about the same position and C4D probably get a lot of publicity around the web since it's $1 (was last time i looked) for students, so if you are in some kind of design school that might be the software they promote you to use. Since i'm not and only hear great things about Blender that is where i'll put my time.

It's free, which menas there are a lot of users, output is on par with almost any paid software and since the userbase is so large it automatically also brings along a lot of free tutorials and what not you might need to get going.

Think i'll start with teaching myself to draw pretty well on paper first tho, i'm in no rush really to do real 3d right away. I got a ton of courses on drawing but anyone got a fav reomendation?
