Why is it so hard to get out from plat? plat is an OK rank but it feels really really hard to solo carry your team.
if i go damage there are no heals and if i go healing no one kills and i just keep losing games and winning some but cant rank up to my daimond
any tips?

It's a team game so your only option is to team up unfortunately. To climb solo takes true skill.

The problem I have with teams is if you 5 stack it then you go against a semi pro team or someone who is way better than you or your team. I wish the match making system would consider it more when it comes to team stacking

Get yourself a 2 or 3-stack, then climb. Don't do it with more than that or you'll get matched against better people most of the time.

As long as you're playing with people who are capable of carrying their own weight, it shouldn't be too hard.
Find some good players, lobby with them and win a bunch of matches.

I just got plat, then demoted back to gold. I normally play with my friend who plays dva and i play lucio. I thought that high silver/low gold has been the worse since that seems to be there most of the players are.

There is no elo hell. Anything below diamond is performance based, so the only thing that matters is your own performance. If your performance is good, you'll climb even if you lose more games than you win.
