Emails keep getting in spam or not getting delivered

I try setting up smtp for my forums. I googled it and tried all different solutions.

Services i tried:
- mailgun
- elasticemail
- gmail
- host email

I added all records which were needed on host and on cloudflare. The only thing works is sending with host email but they all go to spam i tried the class_mailhandler change technique did not work. And it feels like i have no idea anymore what to do!

This is the error i get with all other mail services other then host email.

PHP Code:
Unable to connect to the mail server with the given details. Reason: 110: Connection timed out 

What could i do to solve it?

Are you sure the SMTP server is actually accepting connections and you are using the right port?

Yeaah i added everything tht was needed the DKIM everything and yes i tried all ports without luck.

Have you checked with your host? It could be that the IP is flagged, causing any emails to go directly to spam folders.

IP is not flagged checked that already to.

Do they still go to spam if you're not using Cloudflare?
Send an email with just text and check if it still goes to spam.

Prob is without cf my site is down within 1 hour lol. So that is a nogo in my situation

Then just try sending an email with just basic text.
