Ever had Sleep Paralysis? Short story, but a true one

Yea, happens to me after every few months. Everything is normal except that i can't move my body but i never see stuff like u did.It happened so many times that now it doesn't bother me anymore.

I've always had sleep paralysis. I've had it so often that it doesn't even phase me anymore, at least majority of the time. I learned how to go back to sleep once I realize its happening, and when I hallucinate, I taunt whatever I'm seeing to just fight me when I'm awake , lol. I also learned that my personal trick to waking up is to start wiggling my toes as much as i can until im able to move my feet, then legs, then my whole body. It usually works for me

had it one time and stop breathing and woke up and passed out trying to get up afterwords n was stuck on the floor

I have a couple times and it is actually pretty fucking scary! I'm always scared of fucking up and getting sleep paralysis again lol.

Nothing like this happened to me, but I'm really scared about this, like it'll come once. My mum had sleep paralysis, and she saw a demon who wanted to put his tongue to her mouth, she couldn't speak or yell.

yes i use to get it as a kid a bunch and then one day i stop getting it

Never had one, thankfully. Terrifying to even think about it.

Never had one, I wished I did just one time tho. Cuz I read about article few months ago that it's a portal to astral projection.
