Extra Prime upgrade

So I guess I won two competitions for Prime codes, so I'm giving my extra away to one HQ, unupgraded member.

Drop a short reason why you want the upgrade and i'll go through your content and deem you worthy or not...

Oh, also- you must have a profile picture.

So I'm XPC I don't think i'm HQ but i like to develop forum themes & plugins.
