I was always into FL more than Ableton. FL had an easier to use UI and it was always easier to find the plugins for it too.

Both are pretty good and it just depends on what plugins you prefer.

I dont think theres difference in quality. But personally i think fl is just easier to use but at the same time Ableton has much more adjustments, you can do basically everything

you should try each one and pick the one you feel most comfortable using, they are different but you can produce quality music with both, mostly a matter of workflow imo
don't feel pressured to switch to ableton just because it seems "more advanced", a lot of professionals are using FL

at this point just depends on which interface you like the most. Ive been using FL Studio for years so that's what Is easier for me of course. I heard that the automation in Ableton is better though especially for edm. I mostly make fun trap beats though

personally i prefer fl's interface. i've tried ableton for a bit and for me it was so confusing. it was like it took way too many unnecessary steps to what could've been done in a few secs on fl studio. but thats just me you might get more familiar w ableton which is also a great tool :D
