Do any of you know how I could get better FPS?
I know I could enable all of my cores but I'm not too sure how. :/

Honestly, all the answers you need are there, just click and review. There's even a multi-core addon released on here that I use.

Yea, other than increasing the priority of gmod and lowering all the settings there isn't much you can really do.

I think unparking CPU's is also a way to achieve higher FPS

Try doing "gmod_mcore_test 1" in the console, it starts GMod's multicore. Be warned though, it's experimental and may crash your game.

multicore could help i got it in my server and it boosted the fps in a good way so that should help there is console commands you can use

download a fps booster addon to help you get better fps i'm sure you could find one.

Turn off your multicore rendering in game. Gmod is a very cou intensive game so the less stresd the better. Works the same way around in csgo
