i think you can test the gmod_rate etc.. If this is for server test FPS BOOSTER addon

If you want to boost your own FPS, not your servers, enable multicore rendering. Google how to do it, it worked for me. Boosted me up from around 50 fps to 100-120 on a server I play on. But I do have a very good computer.

First, if you have any error in your console you have to correct them, otpmize all your scripts and your fastdl. And finally there is an fps booster on gmodstore

Do you mean your server's fps or your client's fps? Can't help you with the server's fps but you can activate multicore rendering on your client which gives you a huge fps boost.

Actually fps accelerator you can use only for the client part but not the server

These FPS boosters don't always do a lot, sometimes the best thing for server FPS is optimizing, and monitoring addons. In many cases, FPS boosters/Multicore rendering can lower FPS, and cause crashing, and most say it when you turn it on in chat!
