FPS Multiplayer Template is the perfect Unreal Engine project to save you months of work in your own game or to be used as a learning tool. All the functionalities that you need for a FPS or TPS multiplayer project are already built in, you only need to add your final touch.

This project features seven different game modes completely ready for multiplayer as well as AI bots. It also includes animations for more than seven unique weapons rigged to the new Unreal Engine 5 skeleton that you can use in both first and third person, in addition to having all the most important attributes of every Shooting Game. All of this is done entirely with Blueprints.

You can try the demo and check all this and much more in less than a minute.

If ue5.3 doesn't work well with this then use 5.2 or something like that

there seems to be a issue with these versions going from 4.00 to 5.00, specially with the anim graph, idk what the cause is

I would absolutely avoid UE5.2 for sure, no doubt. Better staying with UE5.1 at that point, but I go for the 5.3 with no hesitation. Didn't try this one yet, I've only tried older versions in older versions of the engine but I'll give it a try now, hopefully I can resolve the issues if there is any. It had its flaws in the past but always good to give it a chance now and then.
