Just did my second uber eats refund and I think I have figured it out!

Steps:
1. order food.
2. get food.
3. fuck up part of the food(I order pizza and just shook it up a ton and stomped on it.
4. take picture.
5. go to your orders and ask for help.
6. say it was damaged.
7. send the picture and then get ur refund!

WTF like does it really works ? Who take the blame then, the restaurant or the delivery man ? Or Uber ?
