Used this method a couple months ago to get a G903 mouse, went like clockwork.

Well it sent me to an email for help page instead (no live chat, sad). I still submitted a ticket/claim so let's hope for the best! Will update on what happens when I hear back...

Heard back already and they said that I need to get in contact with the company that I originally purchased it from... Any advice?
