FUT 19

I'm playing FUT-19, and I cannot open two packs in the my packs section. It has 5 items and says 5 gold and 5 rares. I can open other packs, but whenever I try to open those two I get the following error: "We're currently experiencing issues with the store. Please try again later". This has been happening for the last two weeks since I got my account.

I've checked the connection to see if that could be posing a problems- i.e. restarted my router and my xbox.

Not sure what else to do.
