You can go for it if you want to. There are Faceit Levels for a Reasons so you will be ranked against players with about your skill.
Also a thing to know is, on Faceit the overall skill is way higher than in MM.

If you genuinely want to improve in the game, I would suggest, you really try Faceit. Maybe go pro in FPL soon

FaceIT is for everyone, they have their own ranking system so dont worry play enough games and you'll be matched with others in your skillgroup

I hate faceit there are only bad people and very angry players

i would say that faceit are for players who passed the MG mark. Otherwise i think you will get recked

Go for faceit. You will surely enjoy that platform
And you do not have to worry about cheaters also.
And you will surely get skilled if you give 1000 hours to it.

I would say that you definitely should not move on from matchmaking until you get a higher rank.

Faceit ist gut ist besseres anticheat als VAC die bekommen nix auf die reihe ^^
