Fantasy Football Recommendations?

#1 My buddies are all playing Fantasy Football (American) but I don't ever keep up with it. Is there a site you guys recommend that helps provide stats and recommendations for making a team? I'd like to atleast put up a fight in their league lol

The biggest things to remember are when your players lock (can't be started/benched/moved around) and to keep up with injury news.
