Fiddlesticks because you can silence anyone over and over again until they die. Any champion that have a silence is good too.

Super strong and pretty much has a permanent cc and constant damage, get your ult off and you have guaranteed kills

My favorite champs are: Ahri, Xin and Fiddle. Xin is the most annoying champ for me if he's in opponent team. I always lose because my team feeds him hard while he's cancer too in URF.
