Garry's Mod, mainly because it has a TON of user-created content and is very easy to make content for. It is also a great game to play with friends, at LAN parties, online, by yourself. The sky is literally the limit. Oh and it also has INSANELY low system requirements, and without any luck, you could most probably run it on low settings and with no mods installed on an ATM machine.
