Favorite PS1 game?

Still play Kula World now on emulator as such a relaxing game!

Finally, I found a thread that gives a lot of memories. lol
My fav game on PS1 is CTR. I think this game can give more happiness.

My favorite game was FF8 for PS2. I didn't own FF7 until it came out on PC.

Metal Gear Solid for sure - ground breaking at the time.

Humm either Metal Gear Sold or Final Fantasy VII. That's difficult to say though.

I would say my favorite ps1 game is Final Fantasy 7, also I like Tekken 3.

Tekken 2. Yes. There are many good ps1 games. Rayman being one of them too. But I guess Tekken 2 was the real exclusive to PS that I liked. Oh and crash bandicoot 1 and 2 and spyro both of witch got a remake they deserved, but yeah.

OH and does anyone remember Fighting Force?

And one of my old favorites as well was Sub Zero Mythology. A lot of ppl hated this game, but I loved it. Especially if you emulate it now a days so to cheat it with quicksave and quickload, so you don't need to relly on stupid console checkpoint system, that is amazingly still present today on many titles. I know it adds to challenge, but IMO it really needs to DIE. You can express creativity without ever revisiting this annoying feature.

Metal Gear Solid was great had a lot of good times with it. Can't forget Bugs Bunny: Lost in Time, that was the bomb.

Legend of Legaia is my all time favorite PS1 game. I don't think many people know about it and that's sad, since IMO it's the best RPG on the console. (Yes it's much better than FF7, 8 and 9!) I highly recommend checking it out because it's great! There's a sequel on the PS2 as well but it's not as good as the first game IMO.

My all time favorite PS1 game is Silent Hill. From music to story, game design and puzzles. This game is still a masterpiece. The Tarzan game and Walt Disney World Quest: Magical Racing Tour was my favorite too. And ofcourse Crash bandicoot.
