Favorite Visual Novel?

I've recently got into some visual novels such as Higurashi and Tsukihime and I really enjoy the visual novel medium. Does anyone have any favorite Visual Novels that they'd recommend or just find generally interesting?

for me grisaia series is got to go.. just add dot for 50 character ......................
