My favorite mod its Thauncraft 4. its the best script/addon i have been played in my life. Its very fanny and interesting. I recomend you what play it, looks great.

Without a doubt Better Than Wolves. Less of a pack, more of an overhaul?

I've not played it for a while now, so I am not sure if this modpack is still supported, but I always loved the Tekkit modpack.

I like the mod packs that are used in RL Craft although they're pretty difficult to play with! And they slow down my laptop

FTB Infinity Evolved is what I'm playing at the moment - it's an old modpack but it's really rounded.

I love Tekkit Classic and Hexxit too, both also old ones!
