Favorite privacy coin?

When I started mining 3 years back coins such as ZCash and monero were the main privacy coins. I have since been out of the game for a while and was thinking about mining again. What coins do you guys mine that are "privacy oriented" coins?

I have never mined any coins in my life. Admittedly, I have payed attention to prices of coins. I think Doge Coin wouldn't be a bad idea, because if you have enough of them, minor price fluctuations can make you rich. I think Doge Coin just crossed over to 1 cent recently, which is pretty impressive given that it cost absolutely nothing at one time.

USDC is my go-to now because of how stable it is haha
