This one is pretty cool, I like the default look of minecraft, gives nostalgia.

Either John Smith Legacy or the Box Craft texture pack.
But i use shaders more than texture packs

AcidicBlitz pack is really good in my opin. But it ofc depends on what version you are playing, since I play older versions (1.7/1.8).
