Would be nice to promote other users "designs" with this opportunity
Some restrictions:
- Only upgraded members (Prime or higher)
- If not upgraded then (150+ Posts)

I dig the idea.
A pool of designs that people can view and use.A few select may upload,but all may view is how I see it.
It will be messy,unless they have seperate categories.

My addition to this will be:make some designated ratios for the pics,so they can fit the size for using as the background,the minimum cover ration,the file size of the avatar etc.
I back this idea up more for avatars,due to the fact that this could solve the way too many default users.

Allowing users to submit nulledbb themed banners, once submitted they randomly get displayed every refresh on the main page. Nasyr

Seems to me like that would be a cool idea since it showing off the communities creative side. +1 from me for this then.

Shouldn't there be a subforum to submit such works before they are reviewed if they are qualified enough?

Where would that subforum folder be?

I am more in favour of the "banner of the day" theme.

Just my 2 cents.
I think there should be a area where users submit their banner and staff can review it kinda like the awards request page. If approved then it will be randomly generated in the main page with other approved banners. I dont think a banner of the day is good cause we would need to vote a day prior to it everyday and heck.. they dont even do member of the month anymore so a daily banner I dont think is going to make the cut.

i would suggest to create a forum (like the feedback/suggestion forum)
also some rules like max dimension and where to upload the images

(i have made adjustments to the graphics tab)
