i mean if he knocks you out with one punch you would be fine plus if you have insurance it wouldn't cost you a dime and just hope your insurance covers it so i would fight him and let him hit me once and pretend to be knocked out easy 50k

Eventhough you don't have to pay medical bills in Germany, I wouldn't risk getting a longtime psychological or physical injury

I would totally do it. I only have to take one punch and that's it. Hell, I'll even walk into him and fall down idgaf about pride I just made $50k

I think the smart thing to do, if you want to not be dead, is just take the hit and fall down, pretend to be knocked out (or actually get knocked out). Make sure you got good insurance tho lol.
