Figma or Photoshop?

I generally use everything free and I advise you

It depends honestly, one is for UI/web design, the other is for photoediting so it really depends on what you have to work on

Way back, websites used to be made in Photoshop, but I would really not recommend it. It is NOT made for it. Stick with Figma.
