[FiveM] Creating NPCs [Script]

Hello precious nulledBB family,

If you want to place non-functional NPCs in random locations you want, it is a script that you can use very simply and without sacrificing an excessive ms value from your server.

Hey, thanks for contributing but I think u don't know how to use GitHub properly.
U need to upload your files one by one, not the .rar file.

GitHub web and git commands downloads it directly pack them all in zip the file. u don't need to rar or zip it again.

frankly this script is useful for example if I want to fill the casino with pnj, but with a little animation would be great.

I am willing to try this one out as I have been using my own code to spawn npcs this should make it easier
