I was just goona ask the same thing, this looks like absolute RP to be honest. Which I've had for some time now, and it is smooth but indeed needs couple fixes.

Yes this server needed a lot of work like the bennys not working because is inside of one folder named WIP, maybe this version is from a dev, have some errors in some scripts you can see it inconsole. I have a copy of that and is better than UNITY RP maybe is a good base to work and learn the code. But swxy 2.0is better than this
