You need at least to install NVE part 1 and 2 for it to work properly, the addons is up to you.
I suffereed for major texture bugs and glitches when i tried to run it with fivem pack only, its up to you to test it, you don't lose anything for trying

It was the latest release you can check it out in his Patreon post (https://www.patreon.com/razedmods), even though you can't download, its the March 31st / April 3rd update

I downloaded it and it says 31st March inside the readme file. I tested it but Ihad to unistall it since is eats even more FPS than the previous versions.. I hope that future versions will improve performance

I needed this, want to compare this with QuantV. Thank you.
