This article summarizes common problems with Safari on iOS and how to fix them quickly and simply. Go straight to the problem.

Can not play video

When the video does not play on web pages, it is possible that Safari has disabled JavaScript functionality. At first, JavaScript is a code that helps the website continue to operate and interact with you after it has been downloaded from the server, and YouTube or video players generally rely on JavaScript to operate.

To re-enable: Settings> Safari> Advanced> JavaScript, turn it on. Refresh the site is okay.

Safari is running very slowly

I also do not know why, just know that the solution below can solve the problem. Please do follow.

1. Go to Safari, close all tabs
2. Go to Settings> Safari
3. Click the Delete History and Site Data button
4. Restart your iPhone, iPad
5. Reopen Safari to see if the problem is gone.

Safari is constantly showing ads

This year, many of us have been infected with malicious code on iOS devices, which will automatically redirect you to an advertising or phishing site when you visit any website. It's dangerous in that it not only applies to Safari, but also to Facebook's embedded browser and many other apps. This malicious code is actually a JavaScript code associated with cookies, and it seems because it is written to the general memory of the iOS browser, so Safari and almost every application with embedded browser (WebKit) . I'm not sure that this trick can be used for all situations, but at least it has been running with 2 friends. This condition should be ready to share with you always.

How to fix the problem of manually redirecting the website to the ad page:
1. Go to Settings> Safari
2. Go to Advanced> JavaScript> Turn it off
3. Go to the "Block cookies" section select "Allow only from sites I visit"
4. Back out once, click the "Delete History and Site Data" button, thus removing cookies
5. Turn on JavaScript again, then go to the website as usual

Can not access the web when 3G, 4G

Probably you've accidentally banned Safari from using cellular data. No, just turn it on, simple. Go to Settings> Mobile networks> under "Allow usage", find Safari and turn it back on.

Last way: restart the machine

This is probably the most common way to fix this problem: D You can restart your iPhone by pressing the + home key (with the iPhone 6s backwards), press + down volume (iPhone 7, 8) iPhone X is a bit of a step:
1. Press once onvolume upand release
2. Press theVolume downbutton once and release
3. Hold downthepower buttonuntil you see the Apple logo appear
When the computer restarts, it will erase data in RAM, resolve the remaining variables, and the high chance that the machine (and even Safari) will resume normal operation.
